We provide support via email only. We do not provide telephone technical support. In addition, we are able to provide support for dial-up services only. We are not able to assist you with malfunctioning operating systems, malfunctioning modems, or configuring other software programs.

Connection Problems

If you are not able to get connected, contact a local computer technician or follow the troubleshooting tips from our Support Pages. If you have purchased time but are not able to use it because you can’t connect, submit a refund request to support@mytravelaccess.com.

Adding Time

If you have run out of time and need to add time, you can call the billing office at 1-888-443-5739 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time. Remember that you can add time anytime using the MyTravelAccess software. You can also turn on automatic billing to have your account refilled automatically.

Lost Passwords

If you are not able to connect due to an incorrect password, call the billing office at 1-888-443-5739 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time or send an email to support@mytravelaccess.com

Please log in to your account from the Web Site. You'll find detailed information on managing your account, adding time, sending email and more. If you need additional assistance with your account, email support@mytravelaccess.com.

General Support

Note that we provide support for dial-up services only--we do not provide free computer repair. We cannot assist you with malfunctioning hardware, operating systems, or modems. If you can’t connect because your modem is not working properly, contact a local computer technician for assistance. In addition, we cannot provide you with assistance in learning how to use your computer or third-party products such as an Internet Security program or Firewall.
